Cancellation Rights

However, this right does not apply once a digital service begins with your consent. By submitting and paying for an advert on our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the immediate publication of your listing. You also expressly consent to the start of the service and confirm that you waive your statutory right to cancel once the advert goes live. If your advert has not yet been published, you may still cancel within 14 days by contacting us at enquiries@thegardenersguild.co.uk. This does not affect your rights in cases of technical errors or service failure, which we will resolve in line with our Terms of Service or Refund Policy.
