I studied Garden Design and Landscape Architecture at the University of Gloucestershire. I have a hands-on approach to design and I am particularly interested in planting schemes. I personally enjoy working on classic English gardens. I am inspired by the Arts and Crafts garden movement and I am extremely influenced by gardens such as Hidcote (Gloucestershire) and Great Dixter (East Sussex). I can undertake tasks such as the pruning of shrubs, roses, climbers and small trees; splitting, dividing and moving perennials and planning how these link together to compliment each other. I have a very good understanding of herbaceous perennials and a relatively good knowledge of using annuals within the garden and planting schemes. I am based in Chiddingfold, Surrey and cover surrounding areas. I am more than happy to travel, providing the time on site is worth the time spent getting to you.
